Birthday Parties

All Birthday Parties will be provided by Fiddlesticks teachers Maggie Gill or Davis Haines.

How to Schedule:

Email us and we will get things started!

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Your child’s age
  • The preferred date and time for your party
  • Where you would like the party to be located
  • The number of children who will be invited

 

Payment:

You will be emailed a confirmation; this will include your total charge for the party. Payment will be due on the day of the party. Check, Venmo, or cash will be accepted.

 

What to expect the day of the party:

We will arrive 20min before the party to set up music instruments. If we are at All-Saints’ Church, I will set up signs to direct partygoers to the music room. (Please note: if you need time to set up anything in the classroom for your party, this must be discussed beforehand. Otherwise, I will arrive 20min before your scheduled time, open the doors, and set up the music instruments.) Following the music, I will put away the instruments, and leave you guys to party! Payment will be due on the day of the party.

 

Pricing:

$175 for a Basic Party.

This will include:

  • 30-45 minutes of interactive music for 15 children and their parents.
  • Located at All-Saint’s Episcopal Church, on third floor, in the children’s music room.
  • If you would like to have cake, etc. you may serve some on the tiled floor area in our music room. We just need to keep it off the big carpet. (Big picnic blankets and such are great for this, and there will be a single table you can use.)
  • Often the outdoor playground is also available for play or party afterwards.

Please note: if you need time to set up anything in the classroom for your party, this must be discussed beforehand. Otherwise, I will arrive 20min before your scheduled time, open the doors, and set up the music instruments.

 

$50 will be added if you leave a mess after your party.

I will check the space following the party, and will contact you with this extra charge if the space is left unclean. (I have trash bags and a vacuum that y'all may use.) 

 

$50 will be added if the party exceeds 15 children.

Any parties larger than 15 children must be negotiated. This is to ensure that the party will fit in the space.

 

$50 will be added for a different location.

For this charge, parties may take place in a private home or a different public venue. Fiddlesticks will provide the instruments, speaker, and other needed materials for the music time. All off-site locations must be negotiated, but there should not be a difficulty if the location has the following:

  • Enough room for the children and parents to sit in a circle on the floor. Carpet or a large rug is preferred.
  • A table for instruments/speaker/etc.
  • An electrical outlet by the table for the speaker.
  • We will make noise! Please make sure that the space you choose allows for this.
